It's also incredibly peaceful and perhaps a better workout than the gym or studio in many cases. While balancing on your mat can be both easy and challenging, the same balance on your board will challenge you in a different ways for sure. Consider leaving the fear behind... the worst that can happen is you fall into a refreshing pool of water. Ahhhh!!!!!!!

Imagine the sun kissing your skin, the cool water flowing over your fingers and toes, complete surrender into nature and tada... Bliss! 

You absoluetly do not have to be a pro....not even close! Complete beginners have found 'home' just as easily as advanced yogis. The 'playing field' is quite fair here.
