Sol Flow Yoga in Asheville, NC was founded by Andrea Morris in 2016 and is 101% fueled by her love of yoga & all types of body movement. Her passion is in the human connection, dynamic group facilitation and the soul rejuvination that occurs when merging with the elements of nature, on or off the mat, and often on the water! 

 

What is SUP Yoga... and Why?

For me, yoga is so much more than asana- it’s about each breath bringing peace, stillness and pure joy. Each inhale and exhale we weave into our practice and the moment to moment journey... all the while whispering  YES to life!

Vanessa Caruso

Vanessa joined the Sol Flow Yoga team in 2019 and brings stillness, peace, laughter and beautiful skill to all of her classes. She is deeply passionate and dedicated to her SUP Yoga practice and is on a mission to share it as far as the eye can see and the soul will reach.

Mia Younce

Mia joined the Sol Flow Yoga team in 2021 and leads many of our outdoor mat classes by the river in Asheville.

Mia brings a down to earth style of teaching and practice to her classes. She pulls from years of experience as a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and Reiki master. She sees yoga and it's sister science, Ayurveda, as a pathway to greater awareness and well-being and every class as an opportunity to cultivate a sense of serenity.
